Welcome to 2022! Whether you’re new to Hydrow or have been a Member of our crew for a while, we’re here to support you as you continue your health and fitness journey in the new year. No matter what your fitness goals are, we believe that small, incremental steps can have an enormous impact on your health over time. At Hydrow, each day you work out is a win, and we hope you’ll join us this month in celebrating every day you move.
For every 25 days you work out with Hydrow, you earn a Habit Builder badge to celebrate your achievement and commitment to showing up for yourself day after day. (Don’t forget to share your badges on social using #HydrowWintheDay so we can celebrate with you!) Additionally, for every 25 days of workouts, we also make a Water.org donation that helps provide one person around the world with lasting access to clean water and sanitation.
Whether it’s a 5-minute stretch or a 20-minute row, moving each day in a way that feels good to you is a small, achievable habit that can build into a long-lasting behavior. This month and beyond, we’ll help you stay motivated to move. A quick row on your Hydrow, a Pilates or strength workout on your app, or a brisk walk around the block — each day makes a difference.
