Welcome to the height of the summer, Hydrow! While things are hot outside, keep it cooler by working out indoors with the July lineup that’s sure to keep you motivated. As you hit the refresh button on your monthly workout goals, we’ve got some cool, new collections and a unique Hydrow community opportunity for a boost in your motivation and achievement this month.

Your monthly challenge habit

Our July Challenge is ready to keep you moving from bronze, to silver, to gold each day you work out. We’ve learned that the monthly challenges are one of the best tools for Hydrow members to help stay on track with their health and fitness goals, so keep leveraging these challenges.

Keep the following tips in mind as you are working towards maintaining your fitness habit throughout the year:

  • Set clear goals: Define what you want to achieve during the month. Whether it’s rowing a specific distance, improving your split times, or maintaining consistency, setting clear targets will keep you focused and motivated. Pro tip: Try choosing a new goal each month to keep it fresh.

  • Track your progress: The Hydrow app is your best ally. Monitor your workouts and celebrate every small victory. Each milestone is a step towards your ultimate goal. And remember, even five minutes can be beneficial, both metabolically and cognitively.

  • Stay accountable: Engage with the Hydrow community on social media. Share your journey, inspire others, and draw motivation from fellow members. You are never alone on your Hydrow journey.
