What if I don’t purchase the Membership?

Hydrow rowers are intended to be purchased and used with a Hydrow Membership. If you choose to purchase a Hydrow without opting for a membership, you’ll be able to utilize “Just Row” mode. There are no pre-recorded, preloaded, or free workout videos available without the membership. If you decide that a membership isn’t for you, you’ll still be able to use the Hydrow machine like you would other rowing machines. You can add a subscription at any time using the “Activate” button on the Home screen.

Available features in Just Row mode:

Adjustable drag and resistance settings
On-screen rowing metrics during workouts
Bluetooth Connection for heart rate monitors only
“Hydrow 101” videos and introductory materials to get you started

The Hydrow Mobile App Membership

If you already have a rowing machine or are only interested in our strength, mobility, yoga, and Pilates workouts, a Hydrow App Membership is right for you. As an App member you get access to our full, on-demand Workouts library, including our On the Mat yoga, pilates, and strength training on your Android or iOS device only.

You don’t need a Hydrow to become a member of the growing and supportive Hydrow community but keep in mind, it is limited. It does not include access to live rows, nor does it track your progress (e.g., milestones). £19.49/month.
