How do you return a rower? Easy.

Good news: if it turns out you don’t love your Hydrow rower, you won’t have to haul it to the post office. (We wouldn’t do that to you.) 

We’ll arrange a free pickup of your Hydrow rower, and even give you a shipping label for any accessories. When the return is complete, you’ll get a full refund. See FAQs for full details.

FAQs: Hydrow at home — 30-day trial

Try Hydrow at home for 30 days risk-free. If you decide it’s not for you, let us know within 30 days of your delivery. We’ll pick up your rower for free and give you a full refund.

  • Hydrow Members who are making their first Hydrow rower purchase. Members who’ve previously canceled a Hydrow rower order or returned a Hydrow rower are not eligible for this home trial. This also applies to purchases made by the same person or email address, or deliveries to the same household or shipping address. If you’re not a first-time customer, please see our return policy.

  • Hydrow Members who purchase a Hydrow direct from Hydrow.com.

  • Hydrow Members who have never had a risk-free home trial.

  • Hydrow rowers and any accessories purchased together within 30 days. Please note that any promotional items included with your purchase order must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.

  • Your on-rower Hydrow Membership fee for a one-month period.

  • Return shipping fees from your original delivery location. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for your rower to be picked up by the delivery team. You’ll be refunded within 10-14 days after this pickup. Hydrow is not able to expedite pickups.

  • Because of the size and weight of the Hydrow rower, we don’t offer refunds for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid for your Hydrow delivery.

Yes. For full details you can visit the Hydrow Return Policy, but the quick answer is that the Hydrow at home 30-day trial does not apply to the following:

  • Hydrow purchases made through our retail partners (e.g. Best Buy or Amazon)

  • Accessories purchased without a Hydrow rower

  • Hydrow Memberships purchased without a rower

  • Additional Hydrow purchases made after the first one was canceled or returned (applies to purchases made by the same person or email address, or deliveries made to the same household or shipping address, at Hydrow’s discretion)

  • More than one Hydrow rower per order

  • Additional Hydrow rowers purchased per household

  • Hydrow rowers purchased for commercial use
