LYQUID Membership

At $50/month, the essential LYQUID Membership has everything you need to power effective, guided strength training at home on your LYQUID platform:

  • Enjoy access to a strength training technology previously accessible only to elite athletes 

  • Challenging, on-demand workouts led by world-class Athletes 

  • Isokinetic resistance mirrors your force in real-time for the right challenge throughout your range of motion

  • Up to 500 pounds of resistance

  • Form cues, movement cues, progressive load and other hallmarks of “personal training” are built in to LYQUID

  • Built-in safety features, like struggle detection

  • Custom workout programs based on your goals 

  • Milestone markers, including badges

  • Membership is necessary to use LYQUID — and unlimited user profiles let everyone in your household build strength

How to purchase your membership

Hydrow Rower Membership

There are two options for purchasing a Hydrow Rower Membership. For month-to-month membership, you’ll sign up directly on your rower once it arrives, and billing will start then. If you’d rather prepay, you can select a discounted six-month, one-year, or two-year membership bundle at checkout when you purchase your rower.

LYQUID Membership

Once your LYQUID arrives, you will be guided through membership setup as part of the LYQUID setup process. After entering your account details and setting up your personal profile on LYQUID, you’ll be prompted to select your membership option (e.g., monthly vs. yearly plans), enter your billing information, and sign up as the admin for your account via our web app.

Hydrow Rower Membership

Hydrow rowers are intended to be purchased and used with a Hydrow Membership. However, if you choose to purchase a Hydrow without opting for a membership, you’ll be able to utilize “Just Row” mode, which lets you row freely and see basic performance metrics like time, distance, and strokes per minute. However, you won’t have access to Hydrow’s guided workouts, live classes, progress tracking, or community features.

Available features in Just Row mode:

  • Adjustable drag and resistance settings

  • On-screen rowing metrics during workouts

  • Bluetooth Connection for heart rate monitors only

  • “Hydrow 101” videos and introductory materials to get you started

A Hydrow Membership is optional but recommended if you want the full immersive rowing and fitness experience. You can add a subscription at any time using the “Activate” button on the Home screen.

LYQUID Membership

At this time, a membership is required to use the LYQUID strength machine. It powers LYQUID’s adaptive resistance, guided workouts, performance tracking, and personalized programming, delivering a fully connected strength-training experience. Without an active membership, the machine cannot be used.

Yes, Hydrow's mobile app is included in our membership. Our workout library includes rowing workouts and On The Mat workouts such as strength, mobility, yoga, Pilates, and Circuit Training. As an App member, you get access to our full on-demand workout library on your Android or iOS device only.

Hydrow Rower Membership

You can activate your membership directly on your Hydrow rower. When setting up your Hydrow rower for the first time, you will see a Hydrow Membership screen.

  • Tap Activate on the Hydrow Membership screen.

  • Select Monthly or Annual Billing.

  • Enter your billing information on the New Subscription screen.

  • Tap Buy Now.

  • Tap Continue.

LYQUID Membership

Current Hydrow Members using both Hydrow and LYQUID will pay $60/month, which includes full access for both modalities.
