Here to help you commit to making time for yourself and your health is our Commit to Fit: Autumn Refresh Challenge. Get ready to move as you join our community in building healthy habits during the new season.
Commit to Fit: Autumn Refresh is a 4-week challenge that will begin on Monday, September 13th and conclude on Sunday, October 10th. We challenge you to work out with Hydrow for at least 20 minutes a day for 4 days each week of the Autumn Refresh. If you meet this criteria you will have successfully completed Commit to Fit and will earn a badge to celebrate your accomplishment!
Also, new this fall, we’re excited to announce that Members who complete the challenge will earn a limited-edition ticker! You must be signed up for the challenge and successfully complete it to earn this special reward.

What is Commit to Fit: Fall Refresh?
Commit to Fit: Fall Refresh is a 4-week challenge that will jumpstart your workout routine and help you build healthy habits. To complete the challenge you must work out with Hydrow for at least 20 minutes a day, for 4 days a week from Monday, September 13th to Sunday, October 10th. Weeks begin on Monday and last until Sunday at 11:59 pm in your local time.
Who is this challenge for and why should I sign up?
Any Hydrow Member can sign up for our Commit to Fit challenge. The challenge can not only help you strengthen your fitness routine but it provides rewarding physical and mental health benefits too. Participants in our last Commit to Fit reported being 7% happier and 13% less stressed while completing the challenge. Do I have to sign-up to participate?
Anyone who completes the requirements of at least 20 minutes a day for 4 days a week from Monday, September 13th through Sunday, October 10th will receive the Commit to Fit: Fall Refresh badge.
However, in order to receive Commit to Fit email updates and our special edition sticker, you have to sign-up here before 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, September 14th.
What types of workouts count towards my 20 minutes?
All Hydrow workouts, including live and on-demand rows, warm-ups and cooldowns, as well as any strength, Pilates, mobility, and yoga workouts, add to your progress. All workouts completed in a single day count towards your 20 minute minimum total.
Plan to be away from your Hydrow during the challenge? No problem! You can complete strength, Pilates, mobility, and yoga workouts directly from your Hydrow app at any time. Download the iOS App here. Download the Android App here.
Do you have any workout recommendations?
While any Hydrow workout you complete can count toward your progress, we are excited to offer workout recommendations from our team. To find new workout recommendations each day of the challenge, filter your Workout Style by “Commit to Fit” in your on-demand library.
Additionally, we are excited to release two special kick-off workouts! Filter your Workout Style by “Commit to Fit” to find them in your on-demand library starting the first day of the challenge, Monday, September 13th:
- 20-min Breathe with Mike, “Commit to Fit: Join Us Row” *This workout will be added to our live schedule as a replay row at 9 am ET and 6 pm ET on Monday, September 13th. How will I get my reward sticker?
Only Members who sign up and successfully complete the challenge will receive the limited-edition sticker. Commit to Fit Stickers can be shipped anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. More details will be provided shortly after the end of the challenge on how you can claim your reward -- be sure to keep your eye on your inbox in the days following the conclusion of the challenge!
I am a Hydrow Digital Basic user, can I still participate?
Of course! Commit to Fit is open to the entire Hydrow community. Be sure to sign up for the challenge to get credit for completing a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 4-days a week with Hydrow.
Can I “make up” workouts I miss?
If you are unable to meet the workout criteria for a week of the challenge you will no longer be on track to finish Commit to Fit, but we encourage you to continue building healthy habits with us. Every day you are active is a win!
How can I connect with other Members who are participating?
The Hydrow Training Camp Facebook group is the best place to engage with other Hydrow community Members to support one another and drive personal change. Whether you’re a new Member getting started or a seasoned rower, this is the perfect place to share your stories, workouts, questions, and ideas. Remember, we’re all in this together!
