It’s National Hispanic Heritage month and we’re kicking off the month with special workouts with curated playlists that recognize Hispanic culture.

Observed from September 15 to October 15, this month is dedicated to celebrating the contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, as well as as Central and South America.

At Hydrow, we believe in celebrating people through movement and fitness—and because inclusion, teamwork, and community are part of our core values, we’re excited to offer new workouts that get you moving and celebrating Hispanic culture.

Workouts featuring Hispanic hits

Join workouts with playlists curated by our own DJ JBoogie, with Spanish language music from multiple genres, decades, and cultures, representing artists hailing from Miami, NY, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, South America, and more.

Our first workout will be a 15-minute Drive "Hispanic Heritage Month" row with Nick available on September 20th.

Celebrate the achievements, history, traditions, and cultural diversity of Hispanic Americans with Nick in Hydrow’s first dual-language row featuring quick intervals. During the row you'll liisten to hits from artists like Juanes, with cumbia style music from Colombia, as well as Elvis Crespo with a merengue track inspired by the Dominican Republic. (Check out the playlist here.) We can't wait to celebrate with you! Keep your eyes on your inbox for details on more workouts coming later this month.
