Megan Hanewald

With multiple certifications and over 22 years of on the water and indoor rowing coaching, Megan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Hydrow team.

David Joniak

With over 12 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Fitness Specialist for the U.S. Air Force, Rowing Subject Matter Expert at OrangeTheory, and varsity crew coach, David will help jumpstart your rowing journey.

Ana Delucchi

Combining her experience racing as a Division I rower at Gonzaga University and Peruvian National Team member with her encouraging attitude, Ana brings joy and direct technical advice to your workout.

Maggie Phillips

With two NCAA Division I Championship wins under her belt – one as an athlete and one as a coach – Maggie’s passion for rowing is palpable. She believes rowing can help build confidence and that each stroke can teach you something.

Morgan Baillie

A certified personal trainer and former Division 1 basketball player, Morgan is now pursuing a spot on the U.S. National Rowing Team. Morgan is passionate about helping you master technique to get the most out of every row.

Scott Wallen

Scott is a former Division I rower and member of the U.S. National Rowing Team. He is the kind of coach that will bring enthusiasm to every session and meet you exactly where you are.
