Megan Hanewald

With multiple certifications and over 22 years of on the water and indoor rowing coaching, Megan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Hydrow team. Fierce on the race course, yet nurturing and motivating as a personal coach, Megan brings the perfect mix of passion, fun and knowledge to her rowing instruction and meets you at your needs.

David Joniak

David loves people and rowing, and is currently training for a shot at the 2024 Olympics. With over 12 years experience as a certified personal trainer, David has worn many hats such as: Fitness Specialist for the United States Air Force and Rowing Subject Matter Expert for Orangetheory. He currently coaches varsity crew along with indoor rowing classes in Nashville, TN.

Ana Delucchi

Ana is the bright, cheerful guiding light you need to take your rowing technique to the next level. After racing for Gonzaga University and training with the Peruvian National Team, she knows how to race hard and love the process. Combining her experience as a Division I and International rower with her encouraging attitude, Ana brings joy and direct technical advice to your workout.
