Our Athletes will guide you through this nine-workout program with rows ranging from 10 to 15 minutes at accessible rhythms, while helping you establish a workout routine that fits into your schedule. Our Fitness Builder program will help you build your rowing foundation and will help set you up for success on your fitness journey.
