The Take a Trip Challenge is a 6-week challenge consisting of on-demand workouts that were chosen by our team to help you escape your home and travel the world. Get ready to try out our top four workout picks from six of our favorite waterways across the globe.
Kick-off your challenge by navigating down the historical River Thames in London, England. Highlights include rowing under the Tower Bridge, past the London Eye, and next to the Houses of Parliament.
Loch Ness, Scotland
Explore the expansive waters of Loch Ness in Inverness, Scotland and take in the sweeping views of green mountaintops and historic homes along the shore.
Take in the sights and sounds while cruising past the city skyline of downtown Austin, Texas, and bolt your way down to the Lady Bird Lake racecourse.
