Introducing the Home Challenge, an all-new, 14-day program designed to keep you engaged and connected to the Hydrow community, while stuck at home.
The Home Challenge consists of twelve on-demand workouts hand-selected by our team to help you make the most of your time at home. You’ll be able to get in a great workout that boosts your heart rate and your spirits, and gives you the chance to see some familiar faces on that leaderboard. With a mix of 20 and 30 minute rows and On the Mat workouts, you can keep moving and keep motivated, all from the comfort of your home.
