Hydrow All-Access Membership costs $44/month plus applicable tax and is sold separately from Hydrow rowers. Only one paid Membership per Hydrow is needed and includes:

• HydroMetrics performance tracking—available for Arc and Wave rowers—so you can monitor your pace, distance, split, and other key rowing metrics as you progress

There are two shipping and delivery options.

Standard delivery: Your boxed Hydrow Arc Rower will be delivered to your porch or outside your front door. For multi-unit buildings, the Hydrow will be delivered to the building entrance, instead of to your unit's front door. This delivery option does not include unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials. Four-hour delivery window.

Delivery and in-home assembly (additional charge): Your Hydrow ships with in-home delivery, which includes placement in your room of choice, including up or down one (1) flight of stairs inside your home, assembly, and removal of packaging. 4-hour delivery window.

Hydrow offers new Members the opportunity to try the Hydrow rower risk-free for 30 days when purchased directly from the Hydrow website (hydrow.com).

If you are eligible for Hydrow's home trial, you can try your Hydrow rower and, if purchased with your Hydrow, any accessories for up to 30 days after your delivery. If you're not satisfied with your Hydrow experience, simply contact Hydrow Member Services within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free pickup of your Hydrow rower.
