While staying home is crucial to help keep our communities healthy and safe, it is understandable that you’re starting to feel a bit stir-crazy. If you’re thinking about how in-need of a trip you are, then explore our new Take a Trip Challenge. Break a sweat, build muscle, stamp your passport, all from the comfort of your own home. Bon voyage!  The Take a Trip Challenge is a 6-week challenge consisting of on-demand workouts that were chosen by our team to help you escape your home and travel the world. Get ready to try out our top four workout picks from six of our favorite waterways across the globe.

London, England

Kick-off your challenge by navigating down the historical River Thames in London, England. Highlights include rowing under the Tower Bridge, past the London Eye, and next to the Houses of Parliament.

Loch Ness, Scotland

Explore the expansive waters of Loch Ness in Inverness, Scotland and take in the sweeping views of green mountaintops and historic homes along the shore.

Austin, Texas

Take in the sights and sounds while cruising past the city skyline of downtown Austin, Texas, and bolt your way down to the Lady Bird Lake racecourse.

New York City, New York

See a new view of New York City as you, James, and Dani explore the Harlem River together.

San Diego, California

Get ready to get some sun while rowing the gorgeous (and busy!) waters of San Diego, California.

Naples, Florida

Steer your way through the sweeping canals of Naples Bay in Naples, Florida and discover new surroundings with each workout -- culminating in an unforgettable finish in the Gulf of Mexico.
