Introducing the Million Meter Club

Rowing a million meters or more is a huge accomplishment and not something that every Hydrow user will achieve. Because of this, we want to celebrate those who do in a way that signifies the passion, determination, and sweat involved in reaching this milestone.

Once you hit one million meters, you will be inducted into our Million Meter Club with other members of our community who have also put in an extreme amount of time and meters. Wear your meters with Hydrow pride.

How do I get my Million Meter Swag?

Similar to other milestones, once you surpass your million meters milestones, you will receive an email from Team Hydrow with instructions on how to order your Million Meter Club (MMC) swag. When confirming your information, be sure to select the appropriate sizes for your apparel selections; there are no returns or exchanges. 

I already hit the million meter mark, what do I do?

Don’t worry!  For those of you who have already achieved these amazing milestones, the Million Meter Club (MMC) gifts will be applied retroactively. Over the next few days, you’ll receive an email for each Million Meter milestone you’ve surpassed with information about how to claim your swag. 

Do I have to purchase the Million Meter Club (MMC) swag?

Just like Hydrow’s other complimentary milestone awards, all MMC gifts are provided to Hydrow Members free of charge. In the future, additional exclusive MMC swag items may be available for purchase.

How soon after reaching a million meter milestone should I expect the email?

It takes about 48 hours from the time you pass the milestone to receive our email with information about how to claim your swag. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your Hydrow account, so be sure that the email you used on Hydrow is a valid email you can access. Sometimes our emails get caught in spam or promotions folders, so be sure to check there, too. If you’re not able to locate your email after these steps, get in touch with our Customer Care team. 

When should I expect to receive my MMC swag after submitting the form?

Swag should be delivered within 30 days of completing the request form outlined in our MMC email. If you do not receive it within 30 days, get in touch with our Customer Care team.
