The Boathouse Pride Challenge
Whatever your journey, row with pride.
Pride is all about embracing the differences that make us all unique and special. The rainbow has become a positive symbol of love and support, expressing the belief that you should be proud of who you are. Pride is a key aspect of our team’s ethos at Hydrow — even though Pride Month looks a bit different this year, we are determined to celebrate Pride both on-Hydrow and within our community. Starting June 8, join the entire Hydrow community as we commemorate Pride Month together.
The Hydrow Pride Challenge consists of eight Pride-themed workouts, each representing a color of the pride flag — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, and black. To complete the challenge, collect all eight colors of the pride flag. Get in a good workout, embrace your community, and take pride in your efforts.
Row Red with Mike
Row Orange with Nick
Row Yellow with Aquil
Row Green with Sera Moon
Row Blue with Michelle
Row Purple with Dani
Row Brown with Mike
Row Black with Nick
At Hydrow, we celebrate everyone, which is why we use the eight-colored pride flag to represent the inclusion of people of color in the LGBTQIA+ community. Now more than ever, visibility, support and solidarity of our incredible and diverse community is something we believe in.
