27 years coaching experience at the collegiate level, with 6 National Championship wins. Head coach at US Women’s Junior National Team (2009/10) & US U23 Women’s Team (2012). Collecting 4 World Championship medals.

Sports psychologist. Over a decade educating Olympians, major and minor league professionals, competitors in major collegiate conferences and elite juniors athletes.
Exercise psychologist. Kristin is a former NCAA Champion rower and coach, with over 12 years experience. At Hydrow, she synthesizes exercise research to guide fitness programming that delivers the most efficient and effective whole body workout.
