Worried about fitting a rowing machine into your home? You’re not alone. One of the most common concerns we hear is about space— especially for those who don’t want their rower out all the time. Thankfully, storing your Hydrow rowing machine is simple and space-saving with the right setup.

How to store your Hydrow Pro

The Hydrow Pro Upright Storage Kit includes everything you need to mount into wood studs or masonry. When stored, your rower will measure just 33” x 25” x 86”.

How to store your Hydrow Pro using the Hydrow Pro Upright Storage Kit:

Unplug your Hydrow and fold down the monitor.
Slide the seat to the front.
Tip your Hydrow onto its wheels and roll it into the storage spot.
Gently lift it upright and secure it with the included strap.

How to store your Hydrow Wave

The Hydrow Wave Vertical Anchor is custom-designed for the Hydrow Wave and includes two components: a wall mount and a floor stand. These two parts work together to prevent tipping and ensure safe upright storage. Once stored, the Wave takes up just 26.5” x 30” x 82”.

Warning: A tip-over could result in serious injury or worse. Always use both the wall mount and the stand included with the anchor.

How to store your Hydrow Wave using the Hydrow Wave Vertical Anchor

Switch off and unplug your Hydrow Wave from both the wall and the rower.
Roll up the power cord and tuck it into a footrest.
Collapse the monitor arm by removing the monitor pin while supporting the arm, then gently lowering it. Reinsert the pin after folding.
Open the stand with the “This Side Up” label facing up.
Close the latch securely around the front frame.
Tilt the rower onto the stand so it rests flat on the ground.
Stand the Wave upright, then secure with the wall mount strap, wrapping it around the rail below the back legs and clipping to lock.
