    I love the Climbs, Drive and HIIT workouts!

    There was a combination rowing + on the mat workout I did recently where I just wasn’t prepared for the on the mat exercises. They started off okay but then went into modified pushups and balancing on your bum while extending your legs and core. It was a good change of pace but showed me where I have some areas to improve.

    I think the mix of workouts is what makes the Hydrow more effective for me. On other equipment, and prior rowers, I got way to repetitive on my workouts. I have been surprised how the Breathe workouts can really be pretty challenging too!

    I have found the HIIT workouts to be my fav but also the Climbs and Drives, and even the cool downs are a nice change of pace and technique builders too. Thank you Hydrow!

    Setting aside time to exercise can be a challenge. Use a little creativity to get the most out of your time. Squeeze in short walks throughout the day. If you don’t have time for a full workout, don’t worry about it. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. Shorter bursts of exercise, such as taking short walk breaks a few times during the day, offer benefits too. Aim to work your way up to exercising about 30 minutes on most days of the week.

    Does anyone have knee issues? How does the Hydrow effect the issue? Positive or negative?

    I have five bulge discs. I need to strengthen my core. But will this machine be ok with my back? Any input would be great.

    I am 77 & covid has been horrible for my lifestyle, & many others Too much sitting, eating , & drinking. Time to clean up my act & improve my health. Ant other senior citizens out there?
